Kundalini Retreat~ White Tantra Practice for the Love Within
With Lauren Faye Higdon
Are you curious about Kundalini Yoga? White tantra is a solo practice, incorporating yoga postures, meditation, sound, and breath to create a deeper bond with yourself. Would you like to gain tools to easily tap into and explore your own essence and energy potential?
This is a half day retreat offering us the opportunity to experience this sacred practice and leave feeling greater confidence and comfort to continue practicing at home! We will dive into the chakra system, breath, and specific movements designed to create more freedom, strength, and awareness. I am also so excited to share that Ronnie Brown will join us with gong and sound healing to enhance our practice!
Kundalini is an ancient practice dating back at least 6,000 years and is considered the yoga for “householders” or those having to tend to the challenging demands of daily life. Because of the brilliantly woven science and artfulness of the practice, it is very effective and highly efficient.
Kundalini is open to everyone and modifications may be made for every Kriya (set of asanas/movements, breathwork, chanting, mudras and meditation – typically held for a set amount of time). Kundalini yoga is considered the Yoga of Awareness as it helps to bring us more fully into the present moment with tools to get to know, tend to, and be in harmony with our inner and outer landscape.
During our time together you may experience an array of emotions including joy, frustration, bliss, anger, confusion, clarity, and so on. This is normal and simply a matter of your brain and body responding to the flow and shifts in your energy. The more we practice, the stronger, more balanced, grounded, and peaceful we will become. Kundalini is also highly effective for strengthening our core muscles, creating mental clarity and greater focus.
I have been practicing Kundalini daily for over 12 years. I trained with Sierra Hollister in Asheville, NC. who studied directly with Yogi Bhajan.

EVRYMAN Men’s Group
with Josh Saxton & Friends
Do you think the world might be a better place if men knew how to… and more importantly, could feel SAFE in, expressing their emotions?
At EVRYMAN groups all across the country, this is what happens.
Relationships improve. Families heal. Stress dissipates. Work gets better. But it’s even more than that. We get better at being human. We learn to live. We grow. And it feels damn good.
As men, we repress most of our emotions. Anger, sadness, loneliness. We’re taught early on not to show such things…and it’s made the world a mess.
Come see what’s changing the lives of men from 25 to 75 and giving them a place to show up and be honest. Sometimes it’s just about holding an emotionally safe space
for the guy that’s going through the toughest time of his life. Sometimes it’s discovering what’s holding YOU back in the most important areas of YOUR life. Sometimes it’s about having fun and celebrating victories…large and small alike.
