Gratitude gratitude GRATITUDE for all the lovely women who spent this past weekend with us learning about Ayurveda and doshas, doing some self care, dancing, meditating, communicating, and TAKING UP SPACE during our first women’s retreat of the year. Our good friend, Lisa Miller (MA, ERYT, Women’s Mind-Body Health Specialist, Author) led the retreat and Brittany Thompson assisted by leading the YOGA DANCE PARTY! as part of the Friday night opening ceremony. Several of you braved the snow, sleet and ice — many of you driving over an hour each way just to be here — and we are so very grateful. Thank you for showing up, for being present, for supporting each other, and for taking this time to nurture and honor yourselves.
